I had my car totaled and my insurance acts like they can't do anything. They are not helping me or guiding me telling what I need to do, they just aren't fighting for me. I have full coverage and I have been the insurance rep since it happened they haven't done one thing for me. When I have questions they act like they don't know, I'm only 27 so idk what I'm supposed to do in this situation. This is the first time I've ever had anything happen to me.

I received this complain from *****************************. My staff and myself know ***** well and she has been a great customer for almost a year now. *****'s auto was hit by another party that had a different insurance company than State Farm. We gave her the option of going through State Farm which we would deduct her deductible from the claim and subrogate against the at fault insurance company. She did NOT want to do this. She wanted to go through the other insurance company. My Team Member ******** even opened the claim for ***** and called the other insurance company many times to speed of the process for *****. I have left a VM and sent a text to ***** in order to discuss her claim with the other insurance company. It looks like on 2/15/24 that she swapped out her previous car with a different car which normally means the claim process is complete. Here are the texts to show that we have talked to ***** and shows that we have contacted the other insurance company on her behalf. Also I have included the date/time of when we swapped out her previous vehicle with a different vehicle.

    Thanks,
    Chris Sexton, State **********.
