    We hired ******* Schiff to complete our taxes. He was not familiar with **** and did not catch that my W2 was incorrect. I was taxed ****** for capital gains but nearly ***** was also included in my W2 as ordinary income so I am now owed money from the ***. He refused a partial refund and stated he would file the addendum when I had an adjusted W2. My original W2 clearly had an adjustment of nearly $***** and he did not verify or do anything with that number. When I sent him the adjusted W2, he has ghosted us. His wife also has her first and middle name on ******** and comments in multiple groups recommending him, leaving out that she is his wife. He charges a lot of money, $700, for some really terrible services.
