I hired First Call Claims (FCC) May 16, 2023 to help with my claim for fire damage to my condo on 3/8/2023. FCC received their percentage ($10,000+), after the initial payout to me also dated 5/16/23. My remaining claim was then put on hold pending the HOA's insurance handling of the structural portion of the damage. On 12/11/23 my adjuster with ****************** informed me of the replacement of FCC's personnel with their contact info. I initiated contact with FCC and re-reported the additional water damage and other issues that I assumed was in my file during this holdup. The adjuster I was referred to knew nothing about my claim and had to review the file. Later another adjuster sent RestoPros (on 1/30/24) to check the damage I reported month's before, They provided an extensive damage report but there's been no follow up. Since the overhaul of employees, no one answers the phone or responds to emails - and no one seems to know anything about my claim.I want to fire First Call Claims and revoke their ***** of ********* They have not been working for me. The new folks FCC hired have dropped the ball and certainly are not performing what they claim as a company to be doing. Also, the date of my power of attorney and the date of deposit to First Call Claims account from my insurance company's payout are the same. Looks like they got paid for doing nothing.
