I went to see ********************* at The Allergy, ********************************************** Center in ********, ** on Monday, April 10th, 2023. The reason for my visit was because my previous allergy doctor had retired so I need to continue with a new doctor. ************ was listed as accepting new patients and she had good credentials, so I decided to go to her. I was able to set up an appointment for a new patient with only a few days wait time. In the appointment ************ instructed me to stop all my medications, and she put me on antibiotics, steroids, and a new perscription neti-pot. I was to do these new medications for 3 weeks, and then get a skin re-test. I had the skin re-test with a nurse practitioner on Saturday, April 29th, 2023, at The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center in ********, **. A nurse practitioner administered a test that was not the test I had asked for. The company has not given me test results after multiple requests. I have not been allowed to meet or talk with ************. I have received no feedback as a result of the tests. ************ had initially told me that she suspects I have a sinus condition, and I have received no confirmation. My medicines have not been changed. The company has taken my money and/or charged my insurance. They have provided no test results and no follow-up actions or changes. I have called and talked to probably 20+ people, and each person says they will "put a note in my chart" or "send an email". The communication has been completely ineffective. When I ask for a follow-up visit or call with the doctor, I'm told she is booked out until August (almost a half a year after the initial consultation). Unacceptable follow-up time for a new patient. Why is this company even allowing new patients? The company doesn't care about my health, they just want to take my money. Talking to receptionists, nurses, office manager has gotten me nowhere. Please help.
