      Company used the requested snake removal service SOLEY to provide an outragious quote for "mouse-proofing" the house (@$30,000). Had opportunity to observe company employee stall for time pretending to complete a search in crawl space. He did not perform expected services of a thorough search for a snake intrusion - evidenced by a very recent (moist) skin shedding. Photos were taken of large holes in house but photos were never shared as part of quote, or report of the inspection. Suspicion that photos are not of my house and not provided. I can tell you that this employee did not thorough inspect the attic as promised. I would have heard footsteps above me (have since sent other up to test and confirm this assumption)This company's service rendered on this day to this customer was a ********************** fraud in the primary service and fraud attempt in the quote. (I reached out to other services that mouseproof and found their comperable prices to be five to ten times less).Strongly recommend that no one does business with this company.

      This review is entirely false. We have 32 pictures taken from our inspector of this customers attic and crawlspace. We feel this is bordering on defamation of our company and damaging to our business and potential future customers. Never have we falsified pictures of someones home or business and to insinuate that we have is a blatant lie. Our inspector was at this customers home for 1:34 minutes according the *** we have on all of our company vehicles and provided a thorough search of both the attic and crawlspace. Additionally, the quote the customer signed clearly states that capture and removal of a snake is NOT guaranteed and he signed and approved the quote with this verbiage. I have tried to upload both the photos taken and the quote itself, which was $23,000 not $30,000 but it would not accept them. If there is somewhere else I can submit them to I would be happy to do so.

      ***** from Complete Animal Removal contacted me first thing this morning and resolved the issue. He confirmed that the numbers that I had previously called were unaffiliated with their organization. He also assured me that my warranty is for two years and he scheduled for someone to come out and check my attic at my earliest availability.
