      Their team is professional but my back issues are too great for their care. When I purchased the package I was told that I could cancel if it doesn't work out; and I would just pay for the visits used. My first complaint is that I had given them a credit card to use for autopay; but when I used a different card for an individual purchase, I specifically told them it was not to be kept on file nor to use for autopayments. In August I requested to know how much I had paid vs how many visits I had. I was over $400 ahead of the visits. I only had two visits after that; so no money was owed. But yet after I cancelled on 9/20/2023, they used the unauthorized credit card that they were NOT supposed to keep on file. My payments were scheduled for the 22nd of each month, they took a payment on 9/22/2023 and then again on 10/2/2023. I am very disappointed in how the billing was handled.

      We're sorry for any inconvenience we caused you. You were on a payment plan and the additional credit card you used in the office accidentally got charged as well. We have new front desk staff that took the extra payment. I'm sorry this caused you to give us a 1-Star Review so quickly. The office was in contact with you the entire time and the money was returned within a few days of speaking with you on the phone. It was truly an accident.

      Dr. M******** has been a huge resource for me in helping me make easy diet changes and finally get these pesky pounds to go away. At my last physical, the doctor said my blood measurements were much better than they have ever been. Appreciate his holistic approach to my health.
