    Upstairs shower has flooded numerous times causing water to leak from light fixture in the downstairs dining space. Has yet to be remedied and I purchased the home in July of 2024. Plumbing was rigged leading the kitchen sink so water shut off valve did not work for the sink. Only found this out when I went to have a water softener installed and it wasnt softening the entire house. Something in the electrical box trips at least once a well. Outlets in the upstairs bath dont work altogether. Its been months of going back and forth with the builder to have these things completed or fixed and nothing has been done.Shower just filled up for the 3rd time. Nothing has been fixed. **** ******** does a fantastic job of making you believe they will take care of everything yet nothing has been fixed and its been almost 9 months since I purchased the home.

    We will be there Wednesday 4/16/25 with the plumber to inspect the plumbing again in the shower for you, and make any necessary changes to the plumbing. Further your air-fryer trips the arc/gfci fault protection on the counter near the sink, we've had a licensed electrician inspect it, you can at remove it, however its there by code. IF you are having electrical issues we will send the electrician out to inspect and remedy any issues you are having in the home - at no charge.  We installed a direct water line to your kitchen sink from the water softener at our expense for you - we leave on a fixture during construction to help with cleaning and not leave all water on (why the sink was in front of the cutoff - not rigged as you noted) just one faucet working in home.  We will address and remedy all your concerns, and finish any remaining paint work in the next couple of weeks - and make sure you are satisfied.  Further because you are concerned we will extend your warranty an additional 6 months to ensure you have no further concerns.
