    This issue is concerning Midstate Radiology's billing office, which isn't actually a part of Midstate Radiology. MIdstate's radiologists are located 4.1 miles from my house in *********, but the "billing" department is in ******, ***I received an MRI from Midstate on 11/5/23, and some assorted CT scans as well. I paid the bill for these in early Dec. 2023, but then received a bill in late Dec. for an additional MRI. I didn't get an additional MRI so I called and told them. Their response was that it wasn't an actual MRI but was merely a "reading" of the original MRI. However, there was no additional reading of the **** either. Furthermore, the billing code they used was for an actual MRI and the fee they charged was for an actual **** too. To top it all off, the radiologist's name on the bill didn't and doesn't work for Midstate. He's from another state, hundreds of miles from me. I finally got a billing supervisor to acknowledge all of their errors, but despite that and the passing of more than six months, Midstate's billing department has not officially acknowledged in writing that I don't owe them anything. Until this is officially corrected, it's not settled. And I want it settled and done.I have supporting documents - just not in electronic form. Thanks.

    Right after I filed my complaint with you, I received a voicemail from a supervisor at Midstate billing with whom I'd spoken in the past. However, the number she called from wasn't the phone number she'd called me from in the past. The number she called me from was ************** Columbus Radiology (www.bbb.org/us/oh/columbus/profile/radiology/columbus-radiology-corp-0302-20000624). So it appears to me that the company that handles billing for Midstate also handles billing for other radiology labs. I knew that Midstate's billing was outsourced because their mailing address is *******************************, but Midstate Radiology is located here in my hometown, Murfreesboro. In fact, they're the radiology lab attached to ************************* here. However, I cannot find a local phone number or actual office location I can visit to resolve this dispute.

    In case I didn't provide it before now, the supervisor's name is *************************** and the phone number she used before was **************.
