    Just got some junk mail from these folks with an offer for my land that was 1/4 the going price in the area. The acreage next to me sold for a lot more. I have also gotten junk offers from other companies like these guys that were 40% higher.
    So yea, junk mail with a junk offer. Of course I rejected it and tossed the letter in the garbage where it belongs.

    Start to finish the Sevenstar team was professional and responsive. Despite my hesitation in helping my mother sell her property without any knowledge or in-person contact with this company, I can provide assurance to others that they delivered on their promises and made the process as easy as possible via phone, email, and mail. There were no surprises. The check arrived for the exact agreed upon amount and even though there had been a previous check cut in error that included my deceased father's name, they sent the corrected second check that same day before I even brought it to their attention. I mainly dealt with Geraldine through the due diligence and document phase and then with Erik in concluding the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for another real estate transaction.

    they offered a cut and dried transaction, did all the due diligence, and the paperwork included all instructions needed to complete the transaction. Any possible out-of-pocket expenses were told up front, (we didn't have any)

They were very professional, answered all my questions and made the sale of my property a breeze. They took care of all legal documents and filings and mailed me a check in a timely manner.
