    They charged me ****** for a repair even though it was covered under their warranty in Feb 24. The watch that they claim to repair is still broken and they didnt fix it even thought they charged me for it

    We originally repaired his watch in July 2023 and it was picked up October 6, 2023. He returned October 25th, 2024 stating that the watch was not working. We have a one year warranty from the date of pickup and although it was technically out of warranty by 20 days, we would warranty any repair work that was previously done out of good faith. However, once the watch was opened it was determined that one of the internal gears was broken. Since that particular part was not broken when it left originally, that is not something we would warranty as it was in working condition. As with the previous repair, if he is not satisfied with it or if there is a continuing issue we will gladly take another look at it as it now has another year warranty effective March 8th, 2025 good until March 8th, 2026. Per company policy we would need to see the watch again to determine what is going on. If at that point we determine the part is defective or there is another underlying issue we would either order another part and cover it under warranty or refund the amount if we are unable to rectify the issue. As a policy we do not give refunds blindly in an effort to protect ourselves from unnecessary financial losses.

    I was charged and paid for an entire watch service, not a specific part. I was told it would be a month, it took much longer and even longer the second time. I will not return the watch and wait 6 months to hear this is some other part that is broken that you didn't replace the first 2 attempts when I pay for a complete service.
