      I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you've had with this situation. At Jack+**** ******************* our patients always come first, and I deeply regret that your email was overlooked. After personally investigating the matter, I found that for some reason, your message ended up in our spam folder. That being said, this is still no excuse for the staff not checking their spam folder and failing to respond promptly. I truly understand how frustrating this must be.
      I have immediately cancelled your membership, so there will be no further charges. I've asked ******, our Patient Concierge Manager, to contact you personally by phone to discuss any remaining concerns.
      If there is anything else I can do for you or if you have any other needs, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at *************************************************************. I genuinely want to ensure that we address everything to your satisfaction.

      I purchased a service on Groupon on June 3, 2024. The service was for two IPL photofacial sessions with **** and **** Aesthetics. The Groupon indicated that the visits expire in September. I called to book the first session today, and was told that they are not booking any IPL treatments until after September, as one must avoid the sun after the treatment. I indicated that is not acceptable and that I would like a refund. They indicated I would have to go through Groupon. The fine print of the Groupon indicates no waiting period. It states that the Groupon expires in September. Had I known that there was a 4 month waiting period, I would not have purchased this Groupon. This seems highly unethical, and potentially a deceptive advertisement of a service. I would like a refund.
