      I am rejecting this response because: they have a branch here in Paris, ** which is where this loan originated from. They have assigned this loan to  ************************** under the heading of *********** They are doing the same as ********** by opening unnecessary escrow accounts and expecting me to put u needed funds in it. They need to be stopped. ********************* is just an arm of ***********

      *****************************gain they ignored. I want this escrow account closed and since they got in a hurry to put unnecessary insurance on the house I will not pay it and they should. This is the second time they've done this to me. I always pay extra to get the loan paid off faster. Now instead of applying the extra to the principal they are putting it in suspense. Now they are earning interest on that money and it's not getting the loan paid faster so that isn't helping what I'm paying in interest. It as if they are mad because I want to pay this off in ten years not twenty and they want that interest money. I paid 3/4 of the house in down payment so I didn't need an escrow account. I've always paid my property taxes as well. This bank even called the city and county and asked if I paid them which is none of their business. Since they could do that they could have called State Farm and got the information they wanted. If you don't help I'll have no choice but get an attorney. My health can't take anymore.
