  I had ordered a drum machine a couple of days back and in less than 24 hours nothing really 48 hours I told him I wanted my money refunded I didn't research on the business and I have a little ******** or disability as a veteran and realize watching ******* videos I won't be able to work the machine is as I thought the machine is very difficult they bait and sort of tricked me with believing the drum machine is a tap tap tap one two three easy drum machine when in reality there's four to five different things to drum machine doesn't allow you to do and that's why I want my money back they've since then tried to play a game with me and delay the process of refunding my drama machine money $99 and they already have a c rating and have not responded to one complaint I am command the money be refunded it wasn't really about the money but the difficulty of the machine having a mental disability I just will not be able to keep up I asked a simple question about audio jacks plugging it in and then when I looked at it on ******* like some kind of fake tutorial where he goes through the motions with a computer boy when I don't even own a computer and realize it was a mistake for me I was professional I was giving some run around by Mr ******* as some c*** about someone we get back with me but I've been through this rodeo before and I'll try to illegally Rush ship some that I don't want and so therefore I'm commanding the refund of my money of $99 for a drum machine I would not be able to operate.   On Aug. 23, 2023, I purchased a software from yurtrock.com (AKA Gruss Productions LLC) called Method 1 Virtual Drum Machine. (for Kontakt) I paid yurtrock $49.50. When I installed the software, I learned that every time I would want to use it that it would take 20 minutes to load. So I wrote yurtrock customer service to ask them to issue a refund and cancel the serial number. Instead of doing that, they replied with an email shoving me off to a third party tech support company. I don't need tech support: I know how to use drum machines and Kontakt. I simply want my money back for a product that was not going to work for me.
