    Veronica in the parts department was a nightmare to deal with. I run a local repair shop and I constantly need genuine parts. Well we had place an order for an amount of $2000. They delivered the parts, customer ended up canceling a job so I sent the one of the many parts back, no big deal right? Well Veronica made it her goal to make it a big deal. Keep in mind this part was not a special order part and one that they keep in stock. They had forgotten one part at the dealership, no worries I can get it on tomorrow run. Wrong Veronica decided to hold this part and make us cancel it, we had already paid for this part as well. Hopefully the right people sees this review and retrain this person. ********** is already struggling, I can only imagine this dealership will follow suit. Save yourself and use another dealership.

    My jeep underwent an over the air update and crashed the entire infotainment system. Now my car is acting crazy and they won't fix it for weeks. No accountability whatsoever.

    We bought a Chrysler Pacifica here that has had a long list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service doesn't return calls and when you get in touch the call is handed off to others. They also won't honor warranties of the cars and services they sell. I recommend you avoid this dealership and its service department.

    If I could give this place a zero I would. Our car was towed to the dealership after all kinds of codes showed up and it would not accelerate. 3 years old jeep compass!! We were told they would call us as soon as they had a diagnosis. No call but email later, we were told it needed 2 new batteries at a coat of $1300. Next we were told it was ready. Arrived to pick it up and could not even get out of the parking lot with the car showing multiple warning alarms and having trouble accelerating. 25 year old kid tells me he is the service manager and that he will get it back in and call us with details. AGAIN NO CALL. When we finally get an email, now they want another $1600 for a different problem. We were told it was a sensor for the front crash detection. Again, why didn't they find that the first time. Denied the service and went to pick up car. Spoke to 2 supposed managers who assured me they would speak to general manager and have him call us Monday. Guess what. NO CALL BACK. when I did reach a supposed general manager he said he would look into it and call me back. YOU GUESSED IT. NO CALL BACK.
    I will never take a vehicle there again much less purchase from them as we can see how much they care about customers!! BE AWARE

    What an absolute scam and ripoff. The warranty service takes a month to get in and weeks to evaluate. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a vehicle. And extremely overpriced

    Wish I could give negative stars. This place is a scam. Never had an issue with my Jeep until I took it in for a minor repair that had to be done at a dealer. I had them do so routine maintenance while they had it. Not only did they charge an utterly ridiculous amount, I now have serious engine issues for the the first time in the 8 years of owning it. When I took it back (it's obvious to anyone with half a brain that the engine issues are directly related to the engine work they performed) they not only to charged me over $300 to spend 10 seconds reading the code, over $1000 to fix it, but tried to add on an extra $2000 worth of work to fix issues that just magically appeared in the 3 weeks since they did the initial service. Do yourself a favor and roll your vehicle off a cliff before giving this place any of your business. It'll save you money and heartburn.

    Please avoid this dealership. We purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. With a check engine light on the vehicle due to Hybrid pump, we have had no success getting it repaired since October. Multiple Calls in, 3 trips to the dealer, yet each time some excuss, about wrong parts, or i forgot to call, or i dropped the ball. We are gathering all the details to file a formal complaint as well as complaint with Attorney General, and Jeep Headquarters cusomer complaints.
    We thought it was just a one off error, but it keeps happening, and seems to be more of a known lie, than an accident. As well as other neighbors have purchased here and we find out the same type of issues happened to them.
    Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer, unless you never need them to service anything. If they had negative STARs I would have picked one. trust me, this is the worst dealer I have ever purchased from.

    10/10 do NOT recommend this dealership whatsoever! My husband and I drove an hour and a half to look at a Dodge Durango and they didn’t even have it at the lot when we showed up for our appointment. We ended up settling for a Dodge Journey. Two days later the journey started shaking bad when accelerating on the gas pedal. I have a 3 month warranty on this vehicle. When I try to bring the vehicle in they need me to drop it off without sending me back home in another vehicle (reminder: I live 1.5 hours away). I finally get a manager on the phone and he proceeds to tell me, word for word “It is not fault that you live far away, and it is not my fault you purchased one of our vehicles.”
    I was LIVID!! These people could care less about you having a good experience! Them promoting “we provide the best experience for buying a car,” is false advertisement by far!! I have regretted buying the journey since the day after coming home with it!

    I bought a *** from chrysler dodge jeep and ram of Franklin TN. First of all I tried to return the vehicle within 6 days was denied and told me I couldn't trade it out has many issues starting with they told me every vehicle goes under a 125 inspection and oil change. Oil was never changed I took it to a mechanic and has a coolant issues and along with a blown head gasket blown they put in a head gasket seal liquid just to sell the car . I was lied to by Peter saleman save your self some time don't go get lied to and let them tell you that they are there for you and are out for your best interest I haven't even had the *** for 2 months go somewhere else and buy a vehicle they have horrible customer service.
