I had a terrible experience with the service department. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in my truck after it slid on black ice. There were minor front bumper damage and error messages saying to take it to the dealer for alignment and sensor check. At the STEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I was told that a diagnostic was done and it was determined that two sensors were “damaged” and needs to be replaced. Initially, I was given a quote of $3900 to replace just the sensors and this quote did not include bumper fix. I asked if it was really necessary to replace the sensors and the service advisor confidently said yes. Thinking that I would pay more than $5000 for everything to be fixed, I opted to file an insurance claim. When insurance came to check on the car they had it assessed at the collision center. I had to pay diagnostic fee at this stealership for their dishonest service. I moved the vehicle at a collision center and everything was fixed for just under $5000. No sensors were replaced, just recalibrated. Recalibration just cost $500. All the other expenses were body/cosmetic fixes. It’s a shame that you deal with customers like this. Be honest on what needs to be done and don’t take advantage of your customers.

Took my 2013 Toyota Tacoma to get my front two(not all 4) brakes replaced, calipers, rotors and pads. They had me sign $2500 worth i work i agreed to. I leave, I get a call later saying that yes the calipers and rotors need to be replaced, I said yep i expected that, no talk about anything costing additional. Once they are complete i go back in to get to pay and pick up my car and they hand me a bill for $4100. I explained that is not the amount we agreed upon and I was told the original paper i signed for $2500 did include the rotors and that would cost extra. Furious, I told them the whole reason i came in was to get those 3 primary things replaced, I knew they needed to be replaced. I asked to see a supervisor. The dealer associate went and got his supervisor, lied to him and told him that I that i had agreed to the additional cost on the phone. The supervisor asked me if i had agreed and told me that they record all phone calls as if i was lying. He went back listened to the conversion and concluded I didnt agree to it. So the supervisor said he went back and haggled with the repair guys about lower the price. Feeling defeated and ripped off I agreed to paying the revised $3776.02. After all that my brakes are slightly wobbly and am hesitant to even take it back it.
The other part of this was I was told the two front brackets that hold the splash shield up were broken. I agreed to getting them replaced and each bracket was $112 and $135. They didnt have any in stock but would order them and tell me when they get in. 3 months go by and didnt hear anything, so i called, they said still waiting nothing, came in, i did this a few times. It is now March 5th, 2024 and i call again asking if they have come in and was told to wait while they look in the back. Calls me back saying they found them. 8 months for brackets, no call and they had them already.

I bought a 2020 ram 1500 black widow and as soon as I drove it home and noticed the the front and rear parking sensors weren’t working. Called and spoke to the salesman who worked with me and he said he’d look into it and get back with me. Called the next business day and left a message to speak to the used car sales manager and was told that he’d call me back, which he didn’t. I called back later in the day to find out that the person who was suppose to inspect the vehicle did an improper inspection and passed the vehicle with no issues the manager told me to bring the truck in and they’ll fix it. I told him that I’m a disabled veteran and that I’ll bring it when I’m done with my appts for the day. So I drive the hour and half to drop the vehicle off and the manager was acting like he was doing me a favor by checking it out. Then put me in the most uncomfortable loner vehicle. The next day I was told that it was a simple software update. I drive the 2+ hrs from the va clinic in Clarksville to pick it up and to get some sort of compensation. Because 1. This should have never been sold with these issues with SAFETY features.2. It was covered by the warranty so there was really no money out of their pocket. And 3. I could have saved 2 days and countless hrs of sitting in traffic by just going to the *****  dealer where I live. The salesman that I spoke to when I picked up the truck said he would talk to his manager and he would be in touch.its been 2 days not and I’ve heard nothing. This was our 2nd vehicle we bought from this location and I will not go back or recommend them to anyone until I am satisfied. All in all it was a bad experience and I feel that this company didn’t care about follow on serive after the bank check cleared.

We recently purchased a truck from here. My salesperson, Jimmy G**** was extremely professional and polite. He answered all of our questions during the sale and worked on getting us the best deal. We were in and out of there quickly and is was a smooth transition. We looked all around Tennessee to locate a truck for a decent price and found it at Cool Springs. Another shout out to Johnny N**** in Financing, we want to also thank him for his kindness. We will defiantly return, thanks so much.....

I have waited a while to report my recent experience with Toyota Cool Springs dealership because l have been so upset. It is not my first bad experience. In fact, l received a credit of $400 from the Manager for replacing a part on my car that did not need replacing. I was using the credit for an oil change and tire balance and rotation.
After three hours, the Service Representative told me my breaks need changing and was at the critical stage. He said the cost would be $1400 and after using my credit it would cost me $600 and then $500. I told him l had never paid $1400 for brakes, and l would shop around for a better price.
I went to a tire store and was quoted $300 for brakes. While l was waiting to have my brakes replaced, the Service Man came to me and asked why l was getting brakes. He asked if l was experiencing any issues with the brakes, and I replied “no”. I explained the dealership stated l was in critical need of brakes. The Service Tech told me it was safe to wait on brake replacement. I asked if my rotaries were ok, and he stated they looked good.
I am a senior woman. Just want to warn others to shop around when you need car repairs.
