Good food. Did not ship all the clothing I ordered and paid for from their website. Did not respond to my questions re: clothing shipment via their website.

Red's Burritos are good. That's not my issue. My issue is with their Club Rojo Rewards Program that allows one to redeem points for Red's gear like T-shirts. Before their Holiday Sale in November 2023, they changed how to order gear. Prior to change, one mails in all their points (physical coupon from burrito wrapper), along with the order form, and Red’s mails back the item. Starting before the holiday sale, Red’s sent out email stating you must create an account and mail in your points prior to ordering. I created an account online (I recall my name up in the corner - sometimes I use my nickname) and then logged out. I promptly mailed in my 150 points (for 2 long sleeved blue t-shirts in sizes med and 2xl), along with the points form that asked for name, email etc. but not before taking a picture (I’ll attach it if you allow me to). After waiting for about a week, I tried to log back into my account to see if Red’s had posted my points yet (I wanted the shirts for Christmas). I could not login. I tried multiple times over multiple days with multiple computers. Then, I thought that since it is telling me it doesn’t recognize my password, I will reset my password. I fill in my email address and then never get an email to change my password. I even tried to recreate another account, but it just tells me to login with that email. So, I filled in the contact form on their webpage- no response, then I emailed them at customer service email- no response, then I called them and left 1 or 2 voicemails at their published phone number- again no response. So here it is 6-7 weeks later, and I cannot even get a callback. I just tried everything again- no response or leave a message. This is seriously poor customer service. I would like the two t-shirts that I send 150 points in for on time and get my account fixed so I can login and submit points. I do have an apostrophe in my password, is this causing the problem? Please advise?
