Warning!Let me save you from making a mistake. Do not join the subscription based method of receiving lashes with Amazing Lash Studio. For starters its a bit of a bait and switch. The seemingly affordable plan did give me a full set of lashes on my first visit but they werent nearly as full and lush as I was used to, from other establishments. I paid an additional $25 per visit to upgrade to the lashes I was used to, not to mention tips. I received refills every 2 weeks without fail to maintain them. The subscription/direct debit was supposed to create a savings for loyal clients like me, which was an additional $120 per month. In the long run with the up-charges, not really a better deal than any place Id been.Last April the lash tech who did my extensions, said my lashes were too weak and too short to hang onto the extensions, and to give them a break. The result was they put a freeze on my account. They still had $60 of my money at the time and refused to return it, which didnt thrill me, but I intended to return one day. It is now October and my real lashes are still too stunted to receive lash extensions. I now have to move out of state to take care of my elderly parents who are both in failing health. I discovered that without notice, or warning Amazing Lash had started direct debiting my bank account for the past 3 months. I was never told there was a limit to the freeze they placed on my account. Im out of work, due to my move until Nov. and there isnt an affiliate Amazing Lash near me, for them to transfer my subscription to. The closest would be an 8 hour round trip. They have taken $360 from my account without any services rendered. I have been on the phone repeatedly with the manager across the last week, pleading with her to return my money. ***** the owner agreed to return $120 to my account, but has refused the remaining $240, stating he has a strict policy. I cannot regard this as anything but theft. Sincerely,*******

In February 2023 I filled out a notice to cancel my membership with Amazing Lash Studio off ******************* in ********, **. I was advised that the paperwork I was given and directed on how to fill out was to cancel my membership. I was then Charged again for services that I am not using after it was cancelled. I called them twice to make sure it was cancelled and was advised on the first call that I would get refunded. I also had to fill out another form to yet again cancel my membership. for the second time I filled out another form to cancel and emailed it back in. I still didn't get my refund and so I called them back today 6/21/23 and was told that I wasn't getting it. I was lead to believe the first form was to cancel my services and it didn't. I was lead to believe that if I filled out the second form I would be refunded and I wasn't. They lied yet again.
