I did use her affiliate broker Evans M***** from this company in my process of buying a home out of state. I do believe I was lied and misled throughout the process . I used an inspector recommended by him and an inspector he usually works with to do the inspections on his flipping houses projects. A lot of things such as crawl space moisture problems that affected the structure of the house , water damage in the ceiling in the garage were left unseen or not commented in the report . I do believe they collude to have this sale going and get their commission. I was rushed through the deadline I had to do a remote closing two days before I flew into town for no reason !!!. I was not told for remote sale I will have to pay 200 more . I was even asked two days before closing to sign and wave a mold inspection. The realtor called and said there is one more thing to sign “ he forgot about “ a mold inspection . I asked him do I need one he said “ no the crawl space looks fine “ I still wanted to have it and I asked how much it costs he said like 200-300 dollars . That was a lie and he knew about . It was free of charge. I did called the company later on after I bought the house and I asked show much is a mold inspection they said free of charge and I asked why you did not do a mold inspection on my place when you did a termite inspection they said it was not requested!!! I want to mention the termite inspection was requested by the realtor wife for me she put the request in the system ! They Work with the company for their properties and they knew is free of charge they did not requested because my house had a mold problem and they didn’t want me to know about it. And they wanted to do the sale fast ! I bought it and ended up changing the subflooring and paying a lot of money for crawl space .
They misinformed and misled me in the process of buying my home for their own benefit.
They forgot about mold inspection on PURPOSE and made me sign a waiver by lying .
