      my 14 yo son visited this business on 5/27/24 with his friend for a birthday. he was conned into signing a legal document for a membership that would bill his debit card once a month. He was told it would be cheaper for the group and they would get socks. it wouldn't lock him into anything bc the other party(birthday boy) would be paying for it. I call the business, i spoke with a girl name Ally. She tells me you cannot cancel over the phone you can only text a bot to cancel. weird. so I text the bot at 12:42pm 9/12/24 as on 2:43 pm 9/13/24 i have not received a response. i called again this morning and spoke with a guy named Cade, he was a little more helpful. he took my email address and said he would email me with the membership team CC'd so we could get it all taken care of. which is strange because Ally told me there wasnt an email address for memberships. I never received an email from Cade. So I called the mother of the birthday boy and told her the issue. She took time out her work day to go to the site and talk to the manager, *******. He was not taking any responsibility. so i went down there. magically he was able to refund the monies but not the overdraft fees. i asked him what steps he and his business were doing to take moving forward to prevent MINORS from signing legal documents without their understanding. he didn't have an answer. He also does not have the knowledge that incentives are the same as commissions. a quick look on ****** reviews shows that this seems to be regular practice with this company, having minors sign legal documents to take their money for personal and professional benefit. this needs to stop. thank you for your time

      I took my son and his friends to this trampoline park for his birthday last month. The associate that checked us in said they were running a promotion for June and the kids could come for one free visit within 30 days after our visit. We said we wanted to take advantage of the promotion and he said he would have to keep a card on file. We only visit that park once a year in my sons birthday for the past three years. We never went back within the 30 days either. We love 1,5 hours away from that park and only maybe visit once a year. I just noticed a pending charge on my bank account for ****** which is what we were charged the day we took my son and his friends to the park. I spoke to ****** at the *********** facility and he said they signed ALL 7 KIDS UO FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY MONEY TO BE TAKEN OFF MY CARD. WE paid cash the day we were there and the associate said its mandatory to have a card on file so they are just charging peoples cards. I requested my money be returned and I still have not received any response from the email address ****** The Manager said I would have to request my money back They lied and are scamming people and I want to know if they are offering their associates a kick back on these bogus charges ????

      I had brought my son to the trampoline park and asked for 2 hours of jump time and was told it would be cheaper to pay for a month. I was not told it would be a recurring charge. I thought it was a one time charge. I did sign the waiver, but was never sent a copy. I have called to try and get a refund on the months I was charged without knowing and was told since I signed the form they cannot refund my money. My son went once and we have been charged $150. I only wanted to pay for 2 hours of jump time. I called to speak with the manager and was told I can only email the company to resolve this. When I email the company its an automatic response saying I signed the waiver. I was only sent the waiver once I requested a refund. Please help.
