    The agent that came out door to door after a disaster should have been the warning. After letting them review the damage we were told about 100 times, they would use what insurance pays without anything out of pocket. Now that it’s time to repair they are wanting around 5-8 grand out of pocket. User beware and don’t trust door to door. Intercept is the worst company out there.

    Intercept is the real deal. These guys live up to their 5-star reputation. They are professional, thorough, and highly skilled with outstanding follow-up and frequent communication. We were hit directly by a EF2 tornado with tremendous damage. Intercept held our hands throughout the entire claim process and made our home arguably look better than when it was first built. They are also true to their name and are indeed a Christian-based, veteran-owned company who prioritize faith and family. We saw that personally throughout our claim process as they were at our house constantly and always available to return a call or text within minutes. They truly do care about people and go above and beyond the call of duty like a family member would. Can't recommend this company enough. Integrity through and through with a perfect BBB record, which is hard to find these days in the general contractor world. Rest assured trusting them because they earned our trust the old fashioned way through their blood, sweat, and tears. Very honest, fair, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is fully satisfied. Outstanding customer service.

    Storm damage to trim and soffits a couple weeks ago. Posted a query on BBB website for roofing companies. Trace called within hours, estimator at my house following day and estimate given the next day. Offer accepted on Monday. Job completed Thursday. Professional, Competent. Efficient! And job well done!! .
