    PR (Professional Roofers) began installing my neighbors roof, she hired PR roofing, Franklin, TN., the week of June 13, 2022. My neighbor and I live in a connected town home, at some point the roofers started removing my side of the roof, I did not hire PR roofing, I have never met *** *********** or talked to him at this point. By the end of the week me and my neighbor had a new roof. My neighbor has received her warranty, I have contacted *** *********** three times and gave him my email address, but he has never sent me the warranty. I need to send the warranty to my insurance company and have a copy for my records. I believe Mr. *********** has had plenty of time to send my warranty, he could have mailed it to me if he forgot my email address. I want the warranty mailed to my home address, not emailed.

    My name is **** and I run operations for Professional Roofers. First and foremost I want to apologize for the delay on getting you the warranty. It was not our intention to withhold that from you. This was a miscommunication on my part and I misunderstood. I did see where *** informed us to send that email to you with the warranty on 8/6/22 and after receiving your email address I sent it on 8/9/22. If you didn't receive it please let me know. Also, we are printing off a physical copy and will be mailing that to you asap. Again, I'm sorry you've had to wait a couple of months but it should be to you soon!
