On May 9, 2025, I received a missed call from the spa. When I returned the ****** speakerphone with my fianc presentI spoke with an employee who identified himself as *****. He initially claimed I had forgotten something at the spa. When I asked what it was, he said I had forgotten to give him my number. He then told me he thought I was cute and wanted to see if he could get my number. I declined, and he responded with something along the lines of, Worth a shot, before ending the call. This was not only unprofessional and highly inappropriate, but it also made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I visited the spa for wellness and relaxation with my mother-in-law, not to be contacted for personal reasons by staff. This misuse of my personal contact information is unacceptable as he had to go into my personal membership account in the spas system to obtain my person number. When I emailed a complaint, I was emailed back from ***** the male who inappropriately called me by breaching my privacy to obtain my phone number.I want a refund for remaining unused floats and cancelation of my membership.
