    This company required written notice of cancellation for membership fees. I provided such written communication, and it was verified that my membership was cancelled. I was charged for four months after the notice of cancellation. I reached out to the ** and owner of this company and was told ** receive a full refund for the four months of charges. It took over two months to receive a refund. I received a refund for two of the four months and was told via email that I would not be receiving a full refund and was given no explanation as to why. Ive called several times and left messages but have not received any return calls. This company **** me 400 dollars and refuses to refund.

    Due to a cancer diagnosis I requested being removed from auto monthly withdrawals until I could resume membership. I was told no problem,. InMotions continued to charge me 3 additional months, now owing me over $1100. Ive spoken with them countless times and am continually told that they are working on issuing a credit. Thus began on Oct29, 2024. It appears they have no intention of issuing a refund even though they keep saying its on the way. I suspect this organization has a cash flow issue and giving me $1100 is a big hit. During this process I e spoken with several individuals. Everyone at the ********, ** location is well aware that they owe me money.

    Hi there, this is a complaint filed for the company InMotion, not Physical Therapy in Motion. In my practice, I also do not have any auto withdrawals for a service that I provide. I do not have this person in my system as ever coming to my clinic. Please remove this complaint from my site, thank you. If you have any further questions, I am happy to answer them for you.
