      I decided to try them for a pool opening this year. The two guys that came out were nice, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The next day I noticed a bunch of white stuff sitting in the skimmer basket. When I called the owner about it, he berated me and told me I should’ve left alone that it would absorb over time, as if I’m stupid and haven’t had this pool opened 15 times before. I had to insist on him sending the other two guys back, only to find out that they forgot to take out the stopper. They also proceeded to tell me I needed a new filter, which it turned out was not true, after I had my old pool guy come back to fix their mess and found they had just not countersunk the knob correctly, so it was leaking. Then they tried to send me a bill for $550 for the pool opening. I should bill them for having to have another pool company come and fix their mess.
