My son is disabled and uses a power wheelchair. The master module went out on his chair back in march. I have been attempting to get national seating & mobility to repair this since that time. I had my sons ** send in prescription like i was advised. National seating & mobility then advised they needed additional paperwork completed by sons ** but sent this to wrong doctor. Two months went by with them telling me each time I called to f/u that they were waiting on paperwork from doctor before it was realized they sent to wrong **. **** then sent to correct ** but ** did not receive. **** finally got this back from ** but now I keep being told they are waiting on the funding to get approved by insurance. It is now going on 5 months with no resolution. My son depends on his wheelchair for his mobility and has been without a working chair for 5 months. This is unacceptable. National Seating and Mobility now are not returning my call. My son depends on his wheelchair for his mobility as has ****************** and is totally disabled. I have to use a hospital bed. The technician that we paid $200 to for moving the bed,broke the bed. That was May 2024 and the bed has not worked correctly since that time. Not being in his bed has caused his legs to start swelling and fluid to collect. He has had continued issues with bed sores due to being in his wheelchair all the time. It was supposed to have been repaired on June 16- they arrived and ordered the incorrect parts so now his bed still isn't fixed and we don't have any idea when it will be fixed.Business Response

We emailed them answering their response and they have not replied back. The information they sent in the response wasn't even matching with what their techs said needed to be done. They are waiting on a part we already have and didn't answer me when I pointed that out. They havent done anything except give me excuses for why they cannot meet my needs.Initial Complaint

We received an electric wheelchair from this company December of 2023. The control system no longer works. A tech came 4-5 weeks ago to fix it to no avail. I have text-emailed the tech who said we would need a new controller. Since then I have tried to contact the tech and the office 3x to get an update. No one has replied! My husband ***** ******* ordered a wheelchair through NSM which was delivered in October The side guards were missing g and the ga dies were too long So they said they shorten the handles but they shortened them more then theyre suppose too.*** agreed to order new handles together wut the side guards In January they said theyll come and install them but the same day they canceled the appointment by email stating that they gave the wrong part So we asked to at least deliver the part they have which they refuse stating they ll install both parts when they come Its Been since February that weve been emailing and calling and this issue isnt resolved yet.Weve tried to contact the agent or the branch manager who no answer My husband really need the correct push handles and the side guards of the wheelchair.Thank youBusiness Response

I ordered a Mobility chair from them in January. The chair will not charge correctly. I have had four technicians to come out and try to fix it and each time they come out it's a different problem. I received a chair from *** that is completely inadequate for my needs and weight. The chair does not support my weight. I don't feel safe in the chair and it creeks when I tried to use it and tilts in a way that screams there is a problem. I have been trying to get this resolved for going on 5 months now. I have asked them to come get the chair as it is unusable for me. I spoken with them repeatedly about this and keep getting the run around. My weight exceeded the weight capacity when they gave me the chair. Somehow this got missed and I cannot go to my much needed doctor's appointments because the chair is inadequate for my needs. They have been out twice about the chair bit have yet to replace it with one suitable for my needs, yet they are billing ******** and Medi-*** for a chair I cannot use.***ling them repeatedly has gotten me nowhere. I should have received a chair adequate for my weight and with electric tilt, recline and legs due to my health issues but this is being ignored as well.Business Response

yes, I have received a new motorized wheelchair from this company off my insurance card ********. I am unable to walk and they provided me witha new chair because I was due for an upgrade. My previous company was numotion and I decided to go with a different company. My chair has been down a total of 7 to 8 times within the year that had it. I have not had this chair a year yet this chair since January actually since February has left me stranded and number of placesin the state of ********* and ********. The company is aware of all of my complaints, concerns and their attempts to fix the chair. its the same continuous issue last Sunday, May5 or no wait May 4. The chair completely went into charging mode in the middle of the street on 108th in ********** I had to call the fire department immediately and have them safely. Transfer me to a vehicle and transfer my chair in their pick up truckto take me back home every time the chair shuts off or goes into charging mode. I completely have to call the fire department to assist me. be a public safety for not only the public if Im stranded in middle of the street or my safety as well I have made number of calls attempts complaints two said company and no resolution has been made. Ive requested that the has been taken back and traded out for a brand new chair and I am not getting the appropriate response. I do not trust national seatingand mobility to completely prepare this chair again. I have not had this chair and a whole year. Its only been working out of the year or less than a year, five months to 6 months consecutively.Business Response

this shower chair was supplied by **********************. as part of his need based health plan. they arranged every thing and had it delivered to ********* home from the store where it was assembled by them. however when ********* care giver tried to wheel him into the shower the chair fell apart flinging ******* on the hardwood floor on his head and twisting his ankle. When i called the supplier they tried to pass the blame, and said that the chair falling apart was not due to their negligence . instead they blamed us for it . it was a frighninng experience for ******* who is 67 yrs. old and a stroke victim. .******* was afraid to try using the chair since that awful experience . I asked the store to replace the chair with a new one and they refused !! The store manager was extreamly rude because nobody in there wanted to admit whos fault it was . that took place in jan. 2025 and since then ******* is afraid to have his beloved shower unless they gve him a non faulty chair and have the store bring it to our house and assemble it in front of all of us! When asked....the store manager told me that they NEVER DOUBLE CHECK THEIR CHAIRS FOR SAFETYBEFORE DELIVERING THEM TO CUSTOMERS....HOW STUPID IS THAT???? THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED.ANY CONCERN FOR HAVING BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ********* INJURY.Business Response
