    I've had an ongoing monthly subscription with Filter Joy for many years. I had an excess number of filters so I paused my last few reoccurring subscriptions. When I went back to try and reactivate my account, the website no longer exists. I've sent multiple emails to the "help" email address I provided and have received no response. I also can't find any details online about the company at all. It's like it never existed!I was last charged for my monthly subscription in February 2025 and I paused the subscription for the last time at that point, but never received my product. When I went to reactivate, that's when I noticed the issue described above. I'm trying to get the funds back given that I never got the product.

    The attached communication will not let me respond to your questions. 

    I have not heard from the company.  While I'd like to resolve this, if there isn't anything more you can do, i understand if we have no additional recourse.
