    I purchased airline tickets on February 3, 2022 for a vacation planned for October 2022. I purchased four tickets for myself and family, we were due to fly out on October 2, 2022, however hurricane Ian occurred. I purchased the tickets over the phone and thought I was talking to ********* airlines, I later found out this was a 3rd party that sell airline tickets. On September 28, 2022 my family and I knew we wouldn't be able to take the trip due to the hurricane, so I contacted ********* airline and to my surprise the tickets I had purchased on February 3rd was refunded/reversed on February 4th. I have written proof of that, the ********* airline worker that I spoke with sent me proof. If the hurricane had not occurred we would have discovered at the airport that we didn't have tickets. I contacted Flight Solutions on the same day (September 28th) and informed them of what I had discovered and they said (I have voice message to prove what I was told) they said my money would be back on my card in 7-10 business days, that has come and gone, no money. I also filed a dispute with my credit union today (October 14th)where my credit card is issued.
