    I took my VW Beetle to 4 Way for repair ( the check engine light was on) on Nov. 25, 2024. They kept the car for weeks and didn't repair it. I told them I had to have it to drive in a Christmas parade and they said it would be ok to come get it and drive it. I picked it up on Dec. 20, 2024. I then decided to research and find another place in my area to repair it as 4 Way had kept it for so long with no repair. I kept it in the garage during the cold part of Jan. (it is a convertible and it's my secondary car). I took it to another shop on Sat. Feb. 8th. The mechanic there called me to on the 10th and told me the air filter assembly and hoses was missing. I contacted 4 Way. My bother has contacted 4 Way for me also (I'm a teacher and rarely get to make calls during the day). This is the 18th and I still don't have my parts. They said the cleaners move parts around and they will look for them. 6 business day should be an adequate amount of time for them to find my parts and return them to me. Or order the parts and let me know they have and exactly when they will be arriving. I have had no calls from them. I want this matter resolved ASAP. I appreciate your help.     This matter is finally getting resolved. They called me today. They found part of the missing parts and have ordered the rest..they stated that the ordered parts should be in today or tomorrow.

    We looked at **** Watsons VW in 2024. ** our mechanic told her we didn't have the software for her vw but might be something simple to resolve. We did look at her vw and removed her engine cover/air breather. 

    We didnt find the answer we were looking for, so car was pulled off rack to look at other issues at later time. **** called and stated she needed or would like to drive car in parade that Saturday. ** wasn't here but said car was fine to drive as only check engine light was on showing a code. Her air breather/engine cover was accidently left off before she picked up. from ********. We received phone call from **** that Cover, and other part was missing off of her VW. Guys were able to find the cover/filter in our shop. We never found the other part she stated that was missing, ** doesn't recall removing that part, however, we ordered a new part for her car. This part took a little time for us to receive and was delivered to shop of her choice once we had in our possession. She was never charged for anything as we weren't able to repair vehicle without scan tool for the VW..  Hopefully Import Auto can repair vehicle for Mrs. ******* and she comes back to see us for other issues we might be able to help her with. Thank you for your help in this matter.
