    Do not use TradePRO! They charged $437 for a dump trailer that was never brought to our house and threatened to file a lien unless we paid. Fraud!

    The insured confirmed that debris were removed from their home but that a trailer was not utilized as the estimate line item states. In lieu of a trailer, debris removal was completed by multiple vans/truck trips by the different trades respective to their services. It was explained to the insured that the carrier estimating guidelines dictate the trailer line item be used for the quantity of debris being removed as it is lower in cost than using the trucking line item for the multiple trips. The trucking line item was $538, while the trailer line item was $437. All debris were removed from the insureds home and this was confirmed by the insured.

    That is completely inaccurate and I will post the approved estimate if necessary. There is not a line for $538 in the estimate for trucking. Again, more untruthfulness from this company! No one is debating the debris removal. It is the fact you charged for something that was clearly not provided.
