      We contracted with *************************, Aquazone Pool, on 9/29/23 to complete a hot tub addition and refurbishment of our pool at *******************************************************************************. ***** last made contact with us on 3/15/24. Since then we have made numerous attempts to contacts ***** by text and phone. ***** has refused to reply and cannot be located by phone, email or a visit to his business addresses.Because ************************* has abandoned our project, without notice or discussion, we request the following remedy:Aquazone Pools needs to deliver to us all material that ************************* legally stated he has purchased for our project in multiple lien wavers since September of 2023.This includes but is not limited to the Indiana limestone bullnose pool coping, tile, plumbing, hot tub veneer crab orchard stone, and 30 feet of crab orchard flagstone for the pool decking. Additional hardware includes the plumbing consisting of a Hayward 24 inch sand filter top mount 2hp Hayward jet pump 1hp air blower Hayward h450ng heater Omni Logic control center LED Lights Additionally, Aquazone needs to refund $40000.00 in monies we paid for work Aquazone has failed to complete.If Aquazone does not have these materials, which seems likely, then we demand the full refund of our $64200.00 paid to Aquazone as of 12/20/23.. Aquazone needs to meet their commitments to us as outlined in our contract and as have committed verbally by ************************* through the last 6mo.
