    DATE OF transaction: 09/25/2024 & 09/27/2024: I made in error when I scheduled my 3-night reservation -I thought I was in their 2025 calendar, but I made the reservation in the 2024 calendar. The Inn keeper stated I was a no show and said they had to charge me the three nights. I explained I had just stayed at their property on Sunday 9/22, 23, 24 so I would not of booked a return trip one day later. *****, the clerk, said people do this all the time-so I'll have to charge your CC. I froze may CC at once on Friday morning per my credit card instructions, so no additional charges could be filed but they still were able to charge my card. The CC thinks after they spoke to me, they immediately charged the other 2 nights.
    I asked to please move the reservation to Sept. 2025, and she stated couldn't do that since I booked online. I said I live in Ohio, there is a Hurricane in process so there is no way I can come down to stay those two nights if I could arrange it. She repeatedly kept saying she was sorry, but I will charge you for all 3 nights! No empathy or understanding for human error.

    I have called an emailed the ******** numerous times and they have not returned my calls or emails. 
    They are ignoring my request to settle this dispute of ripping me off $781.00.
