Very disappointed with this company. My husband got news that his mother is dying. I emailed to get the reservation rescheduled and told them the reason as to why. We where supposed to be coming for our honeymoon but had to change it because of how my husbands mother is. They don’t offer a refund or a reschedule option. I even agreed to get a letter from hospice and send them the details of my husbands flight and they still wouldn’t budge. They say they understand but they don’t! Will not be recommending this place to any of my friends.

I just recently stayed with Honeymoon Hills in their Smoky Mountain Dream cabin for my birthday, and it was definitely one of the best trips me and my husband have had together. The trip was so nice, we were seriously considering never leaving Tennessee! Honeymoon Hills provided a clean and cozy cabin, thorough directions, top tier customer service, maps for restaurants, free tickets to multiple attractions, and overall a lovely experience that I can’t wait to do again in the winter!Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

Stayed at the Mountain Memories cabin for our wedding anniversary. The trip up there was alright. It was a pretty steep and gravel mountain road but we were able to make it. The only problem we had at first was getting around another guest that was staying at the cabin next door. The cabin was nice inside, nice bed and tub. We had a pool table in our cabin, but I do not recommend using it. It was not the best table, very slanted and no room to properly play. Hot tub was amazing. Nice and warm and easy to use the jets. Kitchen area was great, easy to find cooking stuff. Had issue with the TV and figuring out how to get DVD player working but we got it figured out. Instructions would have been helpful. Check out process is super easy. Codes were all simple for door and alarm. I will say there is not good service out there but that's expected. Also the power did go out due to weather during the stay but there is a number to call to report it so it gets taken care of relatively fast. All in all it was a great stay, good for the price and would love to stay again or try out some other honeymoon hill cabins.Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

We stayed at Mountain Majic just for a weekend getaway. Easy directions to get to and close to everything in Gatlinburg. The cabin was well decorated and very comfortable.Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

This was an all around great experience! The cabin was very secluded, clean, and romantic! We were also only 15 minutes from the strip!! The owner provided a complimentary gift and left a note which made it very personal. We will definitely be returning!Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

The cabin was perfectly located to easily access Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My husband and I went for a long weekend and everything was perfect! Burning Love was the perfect size for a couple, everything was tidy and clean, bed was comfy, and area was super cute! Host was ver attentive and made sure everything was just perfect for us our entire stay. We will definitely visit again!Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

We stayed at the Mountain Love Nest for four nights, and it was amazing! The cabin was very clean and came with all of the basics you need for a trip. It was a great location about ten minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, right down the road from the crafters loop. We would stay again!Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

I booked a cabin for June 9-14. On June 6, at 11:00 pm, I received a cal to be at the hospital at 6:00 the following morning for a kidney transplant. I literally called Honeymoon Hills on June 7 as soon as their office was opened, from my bed in the pre-op room in the hospital explaining my situation & requesting to postpone my reservation for a later date. Fast forward to last week. I have been emailing back and forth with Honeymoon Hills, & they are showing no inclination for honoring the already paid in full reservation. We have advised we are flexible with our dates, & with whichever cabin they have available. My transplant doctor has even offered to provide documentation for them. I have tried calling, but am always advised to email. We have stayed with them multiple times over the past 10 years, and have even referred many of our friends & relatives. We are VERY disappointed with this complete lack of customer care & support.Honeymoon Hills Cabin Rentals

I'm so sorry you missed your trip! We had no idea you missed your trip (using your door code for self check-in) until your email came two months after your travel date! First and most important, congratulations on receiving your kidney transplant. I do see from the emails they are simply awaiting your info for your travel insurance.
