    My friend and I visited Gatlinburg on May 23rd-30th. We went to The Mountain Mall on the 24th. There is a shop that the website calls Royal Bee. We were coerced to enter to get a free eye treatment. We decided to purchase this product. ($70) After this a guy approached us. His name was **** (************** He then offered us a free facial. We are both 70 years old. So, we obliged.



    Now this is where things went very sour. He put a video on and left the room. He then came back with a bottle of spirits. He told us not to tell anyone that he bought this. He passed shots around. Then he said while we were thinking of the purchase of this product he would take us to lunch. He ordered 3 shots of Patron and beers. We were on vacation and took what he gave us. This was at an eatery called Jose'. We then walked back to the mall and we were intoxicated, to say the least.



    We then went into a room and I said I would purchase the product. It was $6490.00. That was my choice my responsibility. However, when I got the bill it was for $12,000.00. He added my friend's product to my card.



    I have spoken with this company several times with a lady called ****** *************** She supposedly was a product liaison. She is saying I signed for the product and **** * ************* says it did not go the way I said. They (the authorities) say my friend couldn't tell her side because she was intoxicated as well. I can't afford to pay for both of us.

    I don't remember signing the receipt that was sent to me, which is attached to this E-mail, several days later, after I received the product. I



    Seriously, I just want my money back that was charged to my card for my friend's product ******* ********* This is her number.. ************* This is totally unacceptable. She sent the product back to them and they returned it back to her. I certainly don't know where to turn at this point.

    Good morning,

    The attached file contains what I received for $6,400.00.  My Friend ****** ******** received less than I did totaling $12,840.75. Thought this would help by actually seeing what we received.
