      I went in for a hernia. They ordered blood work.. which in hindsight sight I should have asked about. They ordered a food allergy blood test and a celiacs test. None of which has anything to do with my hernia. They have attempted to diagnose me with the disease that requires additional testing to diagnose. I have no symptoms of this, no complaints of this and they are completely disregarding my chief complaint of a hernia. They mentioned multiple times in my chart that I came in for stomach pain. I was asked six different ways if I was in pain. And six different times a definitively said. "No there's never any pain. No pain at all" And yet abdominal pain is listed as my chief complaint in my chart. I'm now saddled with a huge amount of bills and poor patient care. I also don't have a treatment plan for my actual hernia. I requested that the word pain be removed from my chart and as of this morning it is still there. They're going to take the easy way out and say they can't do anything to my bill because all the bills are coming from ******* which is BS!

      Date of service was 02/26/2024 for a colonoscpy and biopsy. I paid Gastro One via my **** account ********/26/2024 - $552.82 Gastro One 03/12/2024 - $552.82 Gastro One I am receiving statement from Gastro One that does NOT acknowledge the total payments of $1105.64, and states that I owe a balance of $881.72. I hacw tried to call the billing questions 800 number and the local office that either says "I am not in their sevice area" or hijacked to some company offering free medical devices. I cannot reach a live person on the phone and there is not a listed email address for questions or anything. On the statement my full name is used- *****************************. I'm not sure with HIPPA if I should submit the Gastro One or **** Statements- would like some advice there if needed.

      I went in to see my Dr. **** a intestinal disorder, her office called in a referral to Gastro One who then made an appointment for me to see one of their doctors..they made appointment and sent me a message that I didnt respond to and forgot about the appointment, since I didnt want to see their MD..My insurance allows me to select my MC of choice. I didnt make the appointment so I didnt go and they have billed me $25.00 for a no show fee. I dont feel that Im obligated to see any MD that someone said I should see.. I called their billing department and Im waiting for a response. I think this is criminal and should not be done to anyone.       I had an appointment Jan 6, they had a flood and canceled the procedure. An appointment was scheduled for 1/6 that I did not make because I would have had to go the the ***************** and the is to far. They have charged me a no show fee. Requested it to be removed from my account but it was not. I have paid the fee to avoid a negative on my credit Score. I would like a refund

      I received a bill more than 2 years after service. This is the 1st bill I received to date and is marked as "60 days" (not 90 days). This seems to show that they KNOW they are just now presenting this "bill" for the 1st time if when it is in fact is over 760 days. There is also an issue that I can not rebuild how much I paid up front and all my time researching this possibly fraudulent bill. In addition, my primary and co-insurance does not pay past 1 year and 30 days. Yet, this is a moot point ...since they owe me and my insurance for the overpayment they received from my indemnity policy.I spoke to both Golden Rule (Primary policy #*********) & United Health One (Policy #*********)**Golden Rule Paid 12/21/2020 $365.93 + ****** (total $731.85)**United Health One Paid $300 (for anesthesia) on Feb 4 2021 **United Health One Paid $363.65 (for surgical Procedure) on Jan 26 2021 **United Health One ALSO Paid $500 (for the Colonoscopy with multiple biopsies) on Nov 19 2021 I have spoke to United Health One who says that the $500 is an "error in processing" and they are refilling it, which I understand this to mean they are going to expect that money back since they already paid multiple times for the same procedure! Gastro One has billed my insurance 6 times (1 to Golden Rule and 5 times to my indemnity policy). They rebilled many different ways and I think they are attempting insurance fraud while also trying to defraud me additional money.The $2660 billed to my insurance had a required adjustment to the contractual pricing of $1045.74. GastoOne for *************** (aka GI ************************* received $1895.50 (with an additional $500 on Nov 19 2021 to be repaid back to United Health One) AND owes me a refund of $349.76.
