    I rented a power washer from the tool rental department of Germantown Hardware on Saturday, March 25th. In addition to the $80 rental fee, I was required to put down a $150 deposit. I returned it on the morning of March 27th in good working order. After an employee fumbled around with the system for 20 minutes and called in a manager, I was told that the only person that knows how to work the rental system software is not working that day. They took down my information to call me when he would be back to refund the deposit. I got a call on the 28th saying he was back, and that I would need to come back in the store and provide my credit card.I went back to the store on April 6th to have them process my deposit refund. I was asked for my receipt, which I didn't have. They said the case is closed in their system, and there is no way to verify anything about my transaction.I lost a $150 deposit because they have nobody that can work software or care to make one once of effort to look up a transaction.Not only have they lost a customer for life, but I've never felt more ripped off in the process.

    A customer did not get their Rental deposit back. I emailed the customer. The customer came in the following day and got their rental refund back.
