      I submitted this on 1/17/25. The business has replied. What happens next? Can someone please respond? ******************I contacted Regencys business office and spoke with their construction manager, ****, regarding this issue. He informed me that because they were not physically altering my fence, they were not required to provide compensation. This statement is inconsistent with Tennessee Code 44-8-202, which outlines property rights and compensation obligations related to fence use.I am seeking resolution through proper acknowledgment of my property rights, appropriate compensation for the unauthorized use of my fence, and assurance that Regency will comply with Tennessee laws moving forward.

      Its been greater than 10 days and the business has t responded. Will the BBB close this case and lower the ranking of the business based on their lack of response? 

      I have not heard from them privately and I seriously doubt that I will.

      Hi! 
      We did not attach directly to the customers fence as mentioned. We proceeded with how the fence was installed following proper code. The customer was informed that we did not physically alter his fence and would not be compensating them.

      I am rejecting this response because: The contract did not specify that three individual blinds would be installed per window. I am not satisfied with the businesss response or their failure to address the issue. I request that the business install one blind per window (kitchen and master bedroom) as a resolution.

      Regency has provided blinds on all window in accordance with the contract that was signed. We notified the customer that it was taken care of per the contract.

      I respectfully request that the business reconsider resolving this issue at Regencys expense. I chose to work with Regency because I trusted in the quality and service your company is known for, including the blinds provided with my home purchase. Given this commitment to customer satisfaction, I believe it is reasonable to expect a resolution. Considering that I purchase a $500,000 home, there should be no reason Regency cannot address this concern. I am simply requesting that two windows be fitted with one blind each. Thank you for your time and understanding.

      Pictures roblem as of today. Regency was totally negligent regarding the leak and is continuing their negligence in assessing and repairing the water problem. It is literally raining in my home and they have not made it a priority. Their negligence and poor quality construction have delayed my move-in since April 22.The front door doesnt close as tight as it should and was reported on the initial warranty list April 16. It has not been repaired.I request that Regency:1. Assess how the water entered my home and repair the problem and any damage caused by the water; including cutting out drywall around the window to see if the insulation/frame got wet and removing some floor boards to see if water got under them. If so, get water restoration company to dry things out to prevent possible mold. Have the drywall, painting and flooring teams complete the repairs.2. Adjust the front door. 3. Pay my mortgage note and HOA fee due June 1 if repairs arent completed by June 1, 2024.

      On behalf of Regency Homebuilders, we apologize it took so long to respond to this. As of June 5th,2024 all of the homeowner's issues have been addressed and there are currently no active leaks. Per the signed paperwork at closing, we do not pay reimbursements. Therefore, we cannot move forward with the request to pay ****************** mortgage.  Regency will continue to handle all warranty complaints as quickly as possible.

      My issues is with water drainage into my back yard. We purchased a new build from Regency, and as other homes were completed in the neighborhood, the rainwater, sprinklers, etc., drains into our yard due to the elevation differences and grading. We now have areas of mold due to standing water, and waste drainage in our yard, making certain areas unusable. Regency has come out to dig trenches in our yard to aleviate some of these issues, however, it has not fixed the problem. We have a total of 3 trenches dug in our backyard at this point. I've been communicating with their warranty department for over 10mos about this issue, and it is still not resolved. Have had multiple professional engineer estimates confirming it's the drainage from surrounding properties. Have emails and photos that I have shared over the past 10mos.
