      Completely ignored when an item completely fell apart and stained with water. These are towels and should be able to withstand water. Complete junky product. Do not purchase.

      Monogram on a $2200 purchase incorrect. Company misrepresented their communication to me. Their representative would not listen to the problem and just talked over my conversation. Stated that a sketch on my monogram was sent to me for approval. The sketch that was sent to me was EBC and should have been MPL. My order was monogrammed with **.L and No resolution !
