    Your Card says 2 yr. warranty on **************** Bought glasses May 2021, Paid 800,00 for exam, cheapest frames I could find, and lenses.. At that time I was told I had 2 yr. warranty for scratches or broken frames.. The guy working there even gave me a card that says it had a warranty, Now, as of Jan 16, 2022 you inform me I only have a 1yr. warranty because I had a bundle deal.. I didn't ask for a bundle deal.. I just got the cheapest frames I could afford without insurance.. I feel as if I have been lied too! Very Unhappy with you.. At the time I got my glasses I was very happy with your office... Right now.. I feel I was lied to because I remember the guy telling me I had a 2 yr. warranty on frames and lenses from time of purchase. Now you say I don't .. Is this what you tell your customers . Very disappointed with your office! You lied to me! Very unfair! Very Unhappy!

    We are very sorry you are unhappy. As the owner of the business, I will personally give you a new pair of replacement lenses and frames to make you happy. We do honor a 2 year warranty on most frames and lenses. At the time of your visit, you were told of the 2 year warranty on regular priced items. You asked for a lower priced pair and chose a "value package" with a 1 year warranty which was discussed with you. You paid significantly less than $800 as stated. I assure you we never 'lie' and do understand that misunderstandings can occur. Please call our office manager at 754-6020 and we will make sure you are satisfied.

    Our card specifically states "Eyewear with antireflective treatment has a 2 yr warranty" You chose not to purchase the antireflective treatment. Even though you did not purchase it, I will still honor a warranty as stated above.

    I have been a patient of *********************** for years. Every visit is *******************, friendly and thorough. The practice stays current on procedures and technologies for eye care. Everyone there is courteous and helpful. Somehow they always make the visit a pleasure.
