    On Friday, April 1, 2022, I shipped a computer to ******** (***********), ******** via *** Ground, tracking number 1ZW699V34267348145. The computer was delivered in damaged condition April 5, 2022 and was picked up on Friday, April 8, 2022, for return to the Germantown, location. I spoke to at least two representatives at the Germantown location and explained that I had relocated to ****** and needed direction on next steps. Eventually, I learned that the computer had been returned to the main *** office. I called and unsuccessfully attempted several times to locate my missing computer. I have not been compensated for the loss. The computer was purchased at Best Buy.
