    Back of house gutter is not cleaned and flushed out. Causing water damage. All others are working, and the only reason I found out was I saw a bird taking a bath in my gutter right next to drain. I called them 3 times with no call back!!!

    On 4/13/23 APS came to our home to wash the windows. I paid $179 by check. The crew failed to lock the screens in place. One of the screens flew off the house and got damaged. APS was supposed to replace the screen. On 2 occasions they attempted to put the broken screen back in. Then on 6/5 I was told they could not find a screen and they would transfer me a $100 credit. As of today, 6/21/23 I have not received a screen or the refund. At this point I am demanding a FULL REFUND for the services AND a replacement screen. It has been over 2 months and this has yet to be rectified. I have been in constant communication with ******* at ************ via text and phone calls. I keep getting promises of resolution of this matter but nothing has been rectified. Again, it has been over 2 months this has been going on. At this point I am demanding a full $179 refund AND a replacement for the screen they damaged. I am including texts to ******* and also to their 800# dispatch line proving this has been ongoing.
