Went in for an oil change and battery and air for one tire. Stated the bill was over 800 dollar. Never informed customer of the pricing 200.00 an hrs. Customer informed 2 weeks in advance they needed to wait for RV due to they were 2 hrs from home. Sat and waited almost 3 hr. Every time we looked in the shop no one was near the RV. Customer did not need a battery but was being PRO active. West Power did not inform customer battery which usually cost 250.00 would cost 400, also charged 100 to put air in 1 tire. They did decrease the bill from over 800 to 688.00. But everyone know it doesn't take 3 hrs to do an oil change and swap out a battery and put air in 1 tire. The bill they fixed show 1 and 1/2 hour therefore they made us sit for and addition 1 and 1/2 for no reason the RV was started on as soon as we got there and we had made an appoint 2 weeks in advance. This company Milks the clock and over charges there customer. WEST power in Goodlettsville, TN.

Performed work that was not properly diagnosed with a certified mechanic and the truck still has the same issue as it did when it went in the shop and the owner refuses to fix the truck. I drove the truck 200 miles and it over heated on me, this is the reason it went to this shop, per his managers that had the tools to work on this truck 2013 reach van ***** and per Troy and trent which are the managers didn't and dont have the proper techs and tools to perform the programming after the repairs, so all the work they did do are faulty and the truck is now in Memphis Tennessee with another shop and yes they are certified to work on the truck and can confirm to anyone that has questions. Please be aware of the shops the Jeff owns even his employees mad complaints while i was picking up the truck that he has a ha it of doing bad business..

****** has omitted a few key elements of this story. He bought the truck online and picked it up in Kentucky with the intent to drive it back to his home in Dallas, TX. He made it only as far as Nashville where he experienced a major coolant leak. He originally took it to a different shop in Nashville, but was unhappy with them, so asked us to tow it to our shop. We found the coolant leak was caused by a blown head gasket. Parts were very difficult to source for this 10+ year old truck, but we completed the repairs to the truck and test drove it multiple times to ensure it was operating properly. ****** paid half of the bill over the phone on November 28, 2023 and told us he would come from Dallas to pick up the truck and pay the balance in “a week or two,” but he didn’t show up. We contacted him multiple times to collect the balance and ask him to retrieve his truck, only for him to provide new dates that he didn’t honor. Finally, in March of 2024, with his bill more than 90 days overdue, we informed him that we would be pursuing a mechanic’s lien on his vehicle to recover the remaining costs of repairs, unless he retrieved the vehicle immediately. This time he did come (on a Saturday, when our shop is closed – my manager made a special trip into work to accommodate him). He inspected the repairs, paid for the vehicle and left on March 16, 2024. We did not charge any late payment or storage fees.
When he called to inform us that he had broken down again, he asked us to tow his truck back from Memphis to our shop (3 hrs away) and continue repairs. Based on the truck’s new symptoms he described, we were certain that the problem was unrelated to the repairs we had made. Based on his delinquency in payment and retrieving his vehicle, we were uninterested in doing any further business with him.
Even the best businesses have encounters with bad customers from time to time. We’re proud of the service we provide to our many happy customers (check out our ****** reviews) and of the proficiency and professionalism of our team. We send our deepest condolences to the shop in Memphis on their acquisition of ****** as a customer and wish them the best of luck in collecting payment from him.
