      We bought our house in Oct. of 2021 in ***********, ** which is out of city limits. We had to hire a disposal company and our nightmare started. We were okay with the company until August of this year. I paid in advance so we were taken care of until November, well that's what we thought. They started missing our house at the end of August. I called almost everyday and once the owner sent someone out to pick our trash up. I still call them at least 2-3 times a week to beg them to come get their trash bin and I've asked to speak to the owner in search of a solution, refund, apology, trash picked up, credit on account... SOMETHING. We have had bags of trash tied up and kept in our house because of the neighbors cats. Its frustrating. They shouldn't be allowed to keep $150 that I gave them to provide a service they didn't provide. That should be considered fraud and they should be shut down.

      I have prepaid Kleen-way for three months of service and they have not picked up my garbage for 3 weeks. Either pick up my garbage on a timely basis or refund my payment

      I have been a Kleen Way customer for many years but over the last couple of years the service has become super unreliable. There are so many weeks that my trash hasn't been collected. I wish I had kept a list of all the dates but I was so hopeful that things would get better. As of today my trash has not been collected for three collection days in a row! I have called multiple times and was told last Friday that they would try to get it by Sunday but they have still not come and it's Tuesday evening. I have so much trash by my mailbox that keeps getting torn up by animals and in the road & neighbor's yard. Today I had a neighbor taking pictures at the end of my driveway & confronting my teenager threatening to call the city. I am so humiliated & feel very taken advantage of. I don't know what's wrong or why they're not coming but if you have more customers than you can service then you need to cancel some routes because taking people's money and not providing the service is very dishonest. I know sometimes things can happen but this is a regular problem. There is no telling how many weeks I've paid for with no pickup.
