    If I could give them a one star I would the 21 year old that they have left to manage the company has zero people skills and talks to you as if you are dumb, when the company is called back to fix unsafe ramps they are rude leave trash and cigarettes on the ground as a veteran of the armed forces I can’t pick up after young men. They installed my ramp at such an angle my husband rolled down the hill and I hurt myself trying to stop him. I wish the VA would use better companies

    As happens with most companies, a newly hired employee appears to have the skills and credentials to represent in a professional manner but then acts differently once hired. The person this customer is referring to was immediately let go and replaced with a professional who meets Amramp standards. We have many 5 star reviews on ****** and are highly praised with the VA and other organizations. This one anomaly does not accurately represent our consistent delivery of high quality service and product to our customers. These unfortunate representations happen to most businesses at one time another. The differentiator is if a business lets it continue or takes immediate action to correct. We took immediate action to correct.
