    I rented a camper space (RV31) for around 10 months well the last 4 months the rent has gone up 5 dollars every month. Not the real problem is I sold the camper on the the 27th and I send a email to ***** on the the 28th saying I didn't need the space plz cancel my account. Bc I have auto pay and I didn't want to be charged another month rent. Then I called them to make.sure they knew I needed it closed they said I needed to give them a 10 day notice. I told the call center I send an email to the owner and they said I would be fine. Well on the 2nd my bank shows 55 dollars being charged by Gray Storage. So I called the call center they said I have to call the owner ***** and gave me his cell number. I called him and k ow he saying I needed to give a 30 day notice. I did not sign anything telling me about a 30 day notice nor did anyone at call center when I signed up for unit! Check the reviews on ****** im not the only one he done this **** to. My camper was out b4 the 1st! There for why do I need to pay for a space I ait using and he can rent out to someone esle and get double the rent! They need to tell customers about this made up policy and have it signed by customers. I paid 55 more bucks bc I had autopsy. Its not right he didn't have no right to charge me another month in full.
