      Driver going way too fast nearly ran my family off the road. My two young children and husband in the car. Driver started driving even faster* after he realized I was getting the truck information.
      Reached out to customer service and there has been no response.

      I ordered a dishwasher from **********. Forward Air is the delivery company assigned to the order. The original unit was dented, so we refused it. No one followed up with us from ********** or Forward Air about it.I reached out to ********** and they said it would be delivered on 5/28. No one from Forward Air showed up.I reached out, and again was given excuses, and we were rescheduled again for 6/4/24. No one from Forward Air showed up.********** called Forward Air and asked ******, the manager, to contact me on June 5, as he was gone for the day at 1pm on 6/4. He never called.********** confirmed that the earliest date they could reschedule us for was 6/10/24. I was mad, but I do need a dishwasher and its sitting in a warehouse 15 min. away, so I took off work for a 3RD TIME on 6/10/24 to meet Forward Air. The unit was not on their truck! We realized this at 10am, but no one in the truck that I was speaking with was authorized to fix the situation.I called Forward Air. ****** the manager answered. He was very cavalier about the flubs on the companys part. He informed me that they dont do will call pick **** that they would not be bringing my item that day, and he could rebook me for 6/14. I asked to speak to his manager; he said he doesnt have a manager, that he is the boss. He let me know theyre a Fortune 500 company, as if that was to let me know hes the overlord of my situation and theres nowhere else to which I could take my grievances. I could not possibly take yet another day off work, so ****** put me down for delivery on Sat 6/15/24. I called Forward Air at 2:07pm today 6/15/24 to ask what was going on. The receptionist said I was to receive my dishwasher between 3 and 7pm.Its 9:48pm and no one from Forward Air ever arrived or called. This is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate delivery company I have ever dealt with. From their managers snarky attitude to the blatant disregard for the customer, Im amazed theyre in business.

      Don't use Foward Air.My sports inventory was missing 48 pieces. The pallet had been rewrapped. There is 1 box missing, another 1/2 empty and random loose bats pulled **************. I filed with them and they want to charge me $25 per hour for them to review their videos. Do I trust them to tell the truth? Absolutely not.I am missing $24,500 in resale value.0 stars, do not use these crooks.

      I agree w/ Heather below as well. This company adds charges to almost every shipment I do and when I go to dispute them it's nearly impossible and takes FOREVER to get a resolution to the situation! Very displeased w/ the customer service level of this company

      Absolute garbage. The people are very rude! They came to the wrong house and did not call ** and left a note and left. Then when we called to complain they claimed they called 3+ times and waited 30 minutes. I can assure you they only called once to say it would be an hour and a half before they got here then nothing, no phone call or text. Then I think they purposely went to the wrong house and when the neighbors pulled into their driveway, the delivery people left!! Which means they didnt want to do their job in the first place! Tried to call forward air and they kept hanging up on us. ********** was trying to help us but couldnt get names from this company and this company blocked our number! They are very unprofessional! Lack work ethic. They are very rude and try to make it your fault they are lazy and dont give a c*** They just did not want to deliver something that was paid in full and costed thousands of dollars. Never again will we do this!

      If I could give ZERO stars I would. They held our freight and denied pickup over 9 times to the freight company picking it up. Then had the audacity to charge us $775 because of their delays and denying pickup. Even after we paid the ridiculous fee, they still refused to release the shipment and this entire process has spanned over 3 weeks in communications, phone calls, and emails. Every customer service rep is extremely rude and doesn't even attempt to be helpful in any manner. Then they place you on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes any time you call. This is hands down the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They still have not released our shipment as I'm writing this.
