    Joseph L. of Accurate Mechanical of Greeneville TN came to my home on a service request call for Choice Home Warranty for my hvac system not operating. He took pictures of my outside unit, sat in his van while smoking and telling Choice why they should deny my claim for service, which they did. He was not truthful in that my coils outside were not dirty and I had not "tampered with or broken" my wall thermostat. I had removed it to see if it had batteries or was hard wired and it easily went right back on, plugging into place. He did not spend any time actually trying to fix the problem. The problem was very simple, and was a clogged condensant pump inside the garage. I had to hire a separate company to come do the actual diagnosis and job, which took 5 mins. Choice will not reimburse me because Mr. L. made NO diagnosis at all, simply saying because he didn't feel my outside unit was properly maintained he apparently shouldn't have to even try to fix my problem. He demanded the $65 service fee before denying my claim and refusing to help me, however. He is a scammer and a unethical business person. He also told me to hire someone who knows about the Carrier Infinity system, as he did not. It was 90' with 80% humidity and he was a day late making the call in the first place. An awful way to treat a customer.
