    I called @ Nolichucky Hauling for 7-8 tons of 4”-12” river rock. Load was delivered today and a large portion of the rocks are well over 12” with some being so large I can’t even pick them up. I called just to inquire about if maybe there was a mix up or what might have happened. A lady answered the phone and was extremely rude telling me that it was only a few that would be over 12” and that I could send pics but she didn’t know what they would do about it. I tried to send pics to the number she gave me and it came back as a land line. So I called another number and the owner answered. I tried to calmly explain what was going on but he immediately cut me off and started yelling at me saying there might be a couple that’s big but no way was there more than a few big rocks. I can’t pick most of these boulders up and I got robbed because these big rocks took up the tonnage that I was charged for with this load for $618!!! — with Nolichuckey Hauling.

    The schedule person is very rude. I would strongly recommend do business with someone else. I had to leave one star but I say no star.
