    Lies, lies, lies and MORE LIES!! Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with! I finished the “Ride to Win” program last year. My Rainbow was supposed to have been paid off in FULL no later than two months ago and money that I’d paid toward it, reimbursed! I have contacted them and HAVE PROOF that I have multiple times and am getting NO response! I am to the point where I’m going to have to seek legal advice and get an attorney. He said when I got ready just to give him a call and that’s probably going to have to happen soon. They can pay for that too, when I’m done! I have been more than patient, but my patience is wearing thin! They went on a cruise about a month or so ago and took everyone who works for them, but can’t hold up their end of the deal (written agreement) to pay my Rainbow Vacuum off! They did my mother awful, as well! It’s hard to believe that a company can treat customers so bad, yet get away with it! I am definitely not happy with the service nor the way that I’ve been treated! This is beyond pathetic! I would give them negative stars if possible! DO NOT deal with these people!! They are crooked as can be!

    Absolutely 💯 WORST COMPANY I've ever dealt with! I would advise anyone to stay away from them and their OVER-RATED Vacuum cleaner, which is almost $4,000.00. Just go buy a Bissell from Walmart and save yourself money and a head ache! They tell so many lies. They told me to do 12 demos and sell 2 vacs and you get yours free. They did not tell me that 6 of the demos had to be done in 45 days. I was told I had 6 months to do the demos. My Kirby does better anyway, even though it's heavy. It just bothers me that people who own a company can do you so poorly and be ok with it!! They either need to train their employees to be honest or just stop the "RIDE TO WIN" program. All they try to do there is ***** you over and they know it!!!!
