      Sunrise Rental is a very dishonest when it comes to the accounting of monies paid. We got a rent to own shed and were told how the rent to own polo works so we went ahead and got it. We have made every pay over the agreed amount and were told the overage is applied to the principal. After quite a few payments showing only the requited amount that was paid we called and ask where is the extra money or overage showing on the statement and they would never come up with a logical answer so I requested a accounting of monies received and where they applied the overage. The continued to say they sent it but we never received anything in writing from them. They are a very unfair and dishonest company and I would advise anyone having dealings with them to request a accounting of your monies before you get ripped off by them

      They are horrible. **************** is terrible, You will get lied too at the drop of a hat. Online payments is almost impossible. And to charge someone ***** for making a payment online or bye phone is stealing. But our government/laws lets them get away with it.

      This place is an over priced scam..I seen there shed at a site up the road.. I stoped in to buy 1.. got a ****. Was told it would cost approximately $3500 plus interest depending on my credit.. was rushed trough paper work was told the guys going home early..so sign ************** got delivered week later had a flaw in the door looks like somebody drilled the door hole in the wrong place and filled it with puddy...what ever. They charge $10 to take your payment.. so 3 years of 161 plus 10.. way over charged.. then I realized I've been paying more then 3 years.. so I talk to them when is this over? Well seems I've paid $4950 and I still owe well over a thousand more.. this shed only cost about $1500 to build and their contract is for a.rent to Own at 40% interest and they hit you with late fees all the time if late or not.. theiris also delivery fees set up fees..all in all it seems like if the don't add any more fees that these little sheds cost more then $7000 ... it is a rip off I hope this answers your questions about this place don't buy from them.. I got to figure out how to get out of this and keep what I paid alot for.
