  This company is terrible , they dont answer the phone , they expect payment on a certain date yet they send out statements late so by the time you receive it you cant mail a check because you wont get it on time so then you have two options. Mail a check and get a late fee or pay on their website of $10.00 for them to take your money! I called to see if they would kindly move my payment date as I always make my payment and was told , we dont do that I will NEVER deal with this company again

  Leaving 1 star because I have to. I wish I knew the receptionists name in *********. But what I do know about her is she is one of the rudest, most uncaring individuals Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with!! She has been rude from day one! We did get behind. ONCE! Shes rude either way! Talks to you like a dog! I pray she never falls on hard times. We pay on time every time except for ONE TIME. I would imagine she doesnt speak this way to people that can ride right over to visit though. Anyway, Ill just pray for her. We all need ***** but she could use a special touch.

  I have been doing business with Titan leasing I got behind in my pays due to sickness and death in December 28 I spoke with a agent she told me to pay $1085 I told I did not have it then she said 1/2 but I didn't have that she then told me to pay $325 I told her I didn't but I could have by that next week she told me I need by the 4 of January I was able to get the payment on that I mailed that day and they would of received it on January 2 by ********************* this is not the first time I mailed I check I always mail them one because paying by phone cost you extra but they are acting like that haven't received it and it dated and stamped by the *********** I do believe they do bad business and know when people on hard time they can get extra because why I have to pay the collection agency why I have to talk with a collection agency they haven't picked my house even when I asked them for a pay off I still need to talk with the collection agency I was told on the phone about repo I never received a certified notice or letter

  Titan Leasing, LLC is a rip off! If I would've known this earlier I would have returned my storage building. Last year I stayed paying attention to my statements and notice that all the money being paid isn't being applied. Also, they charge a processing fee of $10.00 for every payment so that $120 a year on top of the building cost. I pay $200.00 (plus $10.00 processing fee) a month for my building but when the next month statement comes out shows only part of the $200.00 going towards balance. It be a difference of $85.98 each time. That's $1,031.76 a year. Also, my statements goes down then back up without any feedback. That's what actually made me start paying attention last year and now it have happened again this year. March-$1,433.26 April-$1,339.22 May-$1,435.18 June-$1,321.15 July-$1007.13 (after making 2 $200.00 payments this month)(only $314.02 was applied)It feels like I should be complete with paying for my building. I've thought several times to let this building be returned but I've had it too long. I've tried calling and the lady that answered the phone wasn't good at explaining what the $85.98 was for. Titan Leasing, LLC is over charging without any explanation given. Do Not purchase anything that is financed through this company. I wish I would've read the reviews.

  This company does not deserve a star. Total misrepresented the purchase price of over five thousand on the purchase price of my shed. Three entities involved in this purchase. I bought the hickory shed from a bike shop and just found out my payments were going to titan leasing LLC. I was not renting or leasing this building I was purchasing it. I thought it was going to be paid off this month and asked for a payoff and found out I owed 16 thousand dollars for a five thousand dollar shed in what bizzaro world does that make sense. This is wrong and no wonder the lot is full of repos .

  Im trying to pay my shed as soon as I can , sending checks $300, $400 almost monthly my balance takes forever to get off they clear the check after 10 or 11 days!! Post office track their service and check is received. I would like to know if they hold the check on purpose to charge on me more Interest?On the top of that every single employee has a rude attitude, they dont understand we are customers and need to get a really good/quality service.
